Fair Oaks is the kind of community where neighbors still know one another and work together to solve problems. For the last seven years my husband and I have raised our two daughters here, and we've watched Fair Oaks Village come back to life.
I'm running for the Water District Board because I love this community and I believe it's time for a new voice. Residents deserve clear information about how decisions are made, how our money is spent, and how projects are prioritized.
I have spent 20 years making sure public dollars are spent responsibly: at the California Department of Finance, where I helped oversee the state's higher education budget, and at the Franchise Tax Board. That work taught me to ask tough questions, check the numbers, and protect the public's investment.
Together we can protect our water system, spend wisely, keep water affordable, and preserve the character of Fair Oaks. I would be honored to earn your vote.
